Monica Pleiman is Chairman and CEO of Optimum Management Services, Inc., the parent company of Optimum Management Systems LLC (OMS). OMS is a consulting, technology, and outsourcing firm that has grown from $40,000 in revenues and 4 employees in 1998 to $6.5 million in revenues and over 90 employees in 2004. Mrs. Pleiman formed her business with a vision of providing outstanding service to clients through a diverse team of employees who share her vision and commitment to excellence. Mrs. Pleiman and OMS are also committed to providing guidance and leadership to small businesses and non-profit organizations. Over the years OMS has been recognized with numerous awards for its growth, commitment to diversity, and superior service record.

In 2004, Monica co-founded and launched the Latina Chamber, an organization committed to serving the needs of Hispanics as well as the wider community. The Latina Chamber serves as a clearinghouse for information and resources to benefit individuals, families, businesses and the community, working to promote awareness of available services and to assess ongoing needs. The goal of the Latina Chamber is to enhance lives and promote economic growth, personal well-being, and educational attainment.

Mrs. Pleiman currently serves on the boards of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Denver Metro Chamber Foundation, and the Denver School of Science and Technology. Monica also serves as a volunteer for YouthBiz, the Daniels Fund, and Junior Achievement, organizations that help educate and inspire young students to become future business leaders. Monica is also a member of the Advisory Board for Colorado State University's Computer Information Systems program and serves on the Latino Advisory Council for the Colorado Commission on Higher Education. She is a former chair of the board of directors for the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Monica credits much of her success to strong parental guidance, family support and faith. She is married to Russell Pleiman and they have two children, Brandon and Lauren.
