Colorado Mammoth lose 2 players in expansion draft

Cameron Holding and Bryce Sweeting were selected in the 2018 NLL Expansion Draft.

Two members of the Colorado Mammoth were selected on Monday in the 2018 National Lacrosse League Expansion Draft.

Defensemen Cameron Holding and Bryce Sweeting were selected by the San Diego Seals.

Holding, an Assistant Captain in the 2016 and 2017 seasons who played six seasons with the Mammoth, was selected in the fourth round, eighth overall.

Holding was placed on hte Mammoth's physically unable to perform list in the 2018 season due to an ACL injury.

Sweeting was selected in the fifth round, tenth overall by San Diego and was then traded to the Buffalo Bandits. He played for the Mammoth for three seasons.
