DENVER — The high school spring sports season is rapidly coming to a close, with three more state championships taking place this week. But first - here are the nominees for this week's Prep Rally Honor Roll.

We zigged and zagged our way into the number five play. Steamboat Springs senior Lucy Shimek led the Sailor's with four points in their girls' lacrosse playoff game with Mullen -- including one goal that required her to fake out her defender multiple times en route to the net.

Number four came out of nowhere. Off the corner kick, Chatfield's Hannah Peterson came surging into the box, before redirecting the ball with her head to the back of the net.

Our number three play this week was a stretch -- in net. Boulder girls' soccer was able to keep its playoff game scoreless with Columbine in their post-season showdown, thanks to a full-extension save by goalkeeper Alex Smith.

Number two - is a walk-off! Golden Junior Ben McLaughlin went yard in the bottom of the 8th inning, that eventually gave the Demons the 1-0 win over rival Wheat Ridge. (Also, shout out to Jefferson County School District Athletics for sending in the play!)

This week's top play, however, was a no-look, behind-the-back beauty of a score from Kent Denver boys' lacrosse. It was one of three goals from Michael Bowler in their playoff win over Lakewood High School.

We've ranked them, now we want to here from you!

VOTE for the play you think should be placed in the top spot. The poll will be closed Saturday morning, with the winner being announced during the 9NEWS Sunday morning Prep Rally. If you can't see the poll below, visit bit.ly/2VkXS6N.
