There are a few sports aching to be sanctioned as a Colorado High School Athletic Association sport including boys volleyball, girls wrestling and unified bowling.

After a vote on April 24th by the board of directors, the three sports and its supporters have achieved all the steps leading up to the vote and will find out if their goal has been accomplished.  

Although boys volleyball has been a club sport, Cherry Creek School District Superintendent Scott Siegfried believes that it is important for student-athletes to represent and connect with their school and this is another outlet in which they can achieve that.
