Nuggets to sign Vlatko Cancar

The 2017 second-round NBA Draft pick is expected to be signed by Denver.

Two years after being drafted by the Nuggets, Vlatko Cancar is expected to be signed by Denver, 9News has confirmed.

The 6-foot-11 forward was selected by the Nuggets in the second round of the 2017 NBA Draft (49th overall), and has been playing for Spain in the ACB League the past two seasons.

The 22-year-old has averaged 9.4 points and 3.6 rebounds per game for the San Pablo Burgos. He is expected to be officially signed later this month.
