Former Florida tight end Moral Stephens (82) runs into the end zone clutching his 20-yard touchdown pass reception against Mississippi State during the second half of their NCAA college football game in Starkville, Miss., Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018.

Thin at tight end and the Hall of Fame game just five days away, the Broncos made a roster move Saturday morning.

The team added tight end Moral Stephens, an undrafted tight end from Florida, and waived punter Justin Vogel.

The Broncos aren’t likely to play starting tight end Jeff Heuerman in the Hall of Fame game this Thursday against the Atlanta Falcons in Canton, Ohio, and first-round rookie Noah Fant may only get a few snaps.

With Jake Butt and Bug Howard down with injuries, the Broncos only had Troy Fumagalli, who is also battling a sore hip, and rookie Austin Fort available for the game,

Vogel was only with the Broncos a few days. His roster cut means Wadmania lives on – Colby Wadman is again the Broncos’ only punter.
