WELD COUNTY — For the second time this week, a train and a semi truck collided in Weld County.
Just before 6 a.m. Thursday, a truck was hit by a train near Highway 85 and Weld County Road 70 which is about 3 miles south of Eaton, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
No one was hurt, however, US 85 is closed due to the crash because large pipes that were being hauled spilled on the roadway. It's unknown how long it will take to get those pipes cleaned up and reopen the road.
On Monday morning, one person was hurt after a train and truck collided near U.S. 85 near County Road 44 near LaSalle.
