A single-vehicle wreck Monday morning left a truck precariously perched on the edge of southbound Interstate 25 near Alameda Avenue.

According to Denver Fire, the driver was able to get out of the truck on their own and was waiting for emergency crews when they arrived.

That person was complaining of back pain, so they were transported to the hospital.

The cause of the wreck is unknown at this time.

Authorities were able to pull the car out of a teetering position around 8:30 a.m.
