NB I-225 reopens in Aurora after 5-car crash Tuesday morning

Aurora Police said no serious injuries were reported in the crash at Alameda Avenue.

AURORA, Colo. — A five-vehicle crash closed northbound I-225 at Alameda Avenue Tuesday morning, Aurora Police Department said.

Police tweeted around 5 a.m. that traffic was being diverted off the interstate due to the crash.

Around 6:15 a.m., aerial video from Sky9 showed that all lanes had reopened.

APD said the crash included one rollover, but no serious injuries were reported.
