Remember a few weeks ago when it was in the 80s? Well, welcome to Colorado.

The official low in Denver was -10 degrees Thursday morning – only four degrees from the -14 record low set in 1919.

Yeah, that’s cold, but it was even colder in northeastern Colorado and up in Cheyenne, where thanks to the wind chill, temperatures plunged to -30.

In the mountain valleys, there were some morning lows in the -20s.

High temperatures in Denver Thursday will be in the high teens to 20s – it’s an increase from 5:30 a.m.’s -9 degree low temperature at Denver International Airport!

So, in conclusion, if you thought it was cold this morning, you’re right!
