DENVER — Total snowfall from this storm has been impressive.
While May only averages 1.7" of snow in Denver, big snow storms in the second half of May do happen here from time to time. However, Monday's storm was the latest snowfall we've seen in 17 years.
Look for isolated rain showers for the Front Range Tuesday afternoon, while winter storm warnings are in effect until midnight for the mountains.
Temperatures Tuesday morning tied the record low at DIA.
Another cold night is ahead for the Front Range, with Freeze Warnings in effect from 10 pm to 8 am Wednesday. Keep the plants inside or covered at least one more night!
