Another 'ghost bike' dedicated to cyclist who was hit and killed on 4th of July
This memorial is for cyclist Chuck Vogel who was hit and killed near Lincoln and Pine in Parker on July 4. Vogel's family is now working with the nonprofit Bicycle Colorado to find ways to strengthen road safety laws and educate drivers.
