Convicted University of Utah killer extradited to Colorado to face first-degree murder charge
Austin Boutain is accused of killing Mitchell Ingle in Golden in 2017 before fleeing to Utah where he killed student ChenWei Guo. He pleaded guilty in Guo's death.
