Crowdfunding scam targets people trying to help victims of tragedy
Dieter Kowalski was at a hotel in Sri Lanka when the bombs went off Easter morning. Sadly, his friends and family tell us, he passed away. Later, someone went to extreme lengths to try to take advantage of Dieter's friends, family and memory.
