AirBnb rental gone wrong: Wheat Ridge owner deals with squatter
Denver is cracking down on AirBnbs, particularly by enforcing its primary residence rule. It says that only people who actually live in their homes are supposed to rent them out on the short-term market. Not all cities have this policy. Our 9Wants To Know team found a woman who learned what can go wrong when the owner doesn't live there.
