Four-time drunken driver caused Christmas Eve crash that shattered a family
Cheri Goodard had DUI convictions in 1996, 1999, 2001 and 2014. She had a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit when she crashed into Sancy Shaw, killing her and injuring her 6-year-old daughter.
