Marshals: Mississippi fugitive wanted on child rape charges faked his own death, may be in Denver area
A wanted fugitive from Mississippi accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl and previously believed to be dead may be in the Denver area, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. According to the Colorado district of the U.S. Marshals Service, a tipster from Denver said they saw 42-year-old Jacob Scott at an apartment complex in the city.
