A Washington County deputy pleaded guilty to misdemeanors after a teenager said she had sex with him multiple times. It's because of the way state law looks at sexual relationships with 15- and 16-year-olds. Anusha Roy spoke with a sexual assault resource prosecutor, who said the intention was to protect people in certain consensual relationships.
