Controversial sex ed bill moves onto Colorado State Senate

Republicans at the State Capitol tried to abstain from a sex-ed bill's passage, but the anatomy of the legislature does not require their consent. They couldn't stop the bill, which requires any school that chooses to teach sex-ed mention same sex relationships and consent. So Republicans delayed it with dozens of doomed amendments. And one legislator made a truly shocking comment.
