Middle schoolers in Colorado reflect on 100th anniversary of 19th Amendment

Women earned the right to vote 100 years ago in the United States. Some modern trailblazers in Colorado - Polly Baca, the first Hispanic woman elected to the Colorado State Senate, Candi CdeBaca, a run-off candidate seeking to be the first openly LGBTQ woman of color elected to the Denver City Council, and Jena Griswold, the youngest Secretary of State in America - were part of a panel that spoke to middle schoolers on women's rights.
