TABOR could be eliminated with a single ballot question, Colorado Supreme Court says

Since 1992, Coloradans have been required to vote on tax increases before they happen. A state Supreme Court ruling today sets up the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights, or TABOR, for one final vote. Politics guy Marshall Zelinger explains.
