Why Colorado isn't in line for a Purdue Pharma lawsuit payout

Purdue Pharma (the pharmaceutical company that makes OxyContin) has filed for bankruptcy, and states are lining up to get their share of a $12 billion opioid settlement, some of which will come from the owners, the Sackler family. But Colorado isn't trying to get in on the multi-state settlement just yet. Democratic Attorney General Phil Weiser is taking a chance, hoping that by holding out, he can get more. Our Anusha Roy asked him about that strategy.
