The cancer death rate is going down, according to the American Cancer Society
The American Cancer Society published a report Tuesday, saying that the cancer death rate in America has now been falling for at least 25 years. Experts say lower smoking rates are translating into fewer deaths. They also credit advances in early detection and treatment.
