'SMILE! :D World Tour': Porter Robinson is coming to Colorado

The North Carolina-based producer and songwriter will bring his "SMILE! :D World Tour" to venues through March 2025.

DENVER — DJ, record producer and singer-songwriter Porter Robinson has announced a five-continent world tour.

The Grammy Award-nominated artist will visit more than 30 North American cities, as well as Europe and Asia, in support of his third studio album "SMILE! :D," due out in July. 

Robinson will debut a new live production including a full live band during the "SMILE! :D World Tour." Fans can expect opening acts ericdoa in North America, underscores in Europe, and Galileo Galilei in Japan.

The tour will make a Denver stop at Ball Arena on Thursday, Oct. 17.

Ticket presales begin Tuesday, April 30, at 10 a.m. Fans can register for early access to tickets at porterrobinson.com. Various presales will take place throughout the week including a presale in the U.S. for Citi cardholders.

General ticket sales open Friday, May 3 at 10 a.m.

Home to the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Mammoth, Ball Arena opened in downtown Denver on Oct. 1, 1999, with a sold-out concert by Celine Dion.

Formerly known as Pepsi Center, the arena seats up to 20,000 for concerts and other events. Ball Arena hosts more than 250 events each year.
