DENVER — In the past year, Bay Area tech companies have been flocking to Denver, either moving their headquarters, opening Colorado outposts or opening offices that are often larger than their headquarters.

In 2018, CBRE ranked Denver as the No. 10 top tech-talent city in North America, marking the first time the Mile High City has ever cracked the top 10.

It's no surprise that salaries for U.S. technology jobs are highest in the Bay Area, but how does San Francisco's pay for specific jobs compare to Denver's?

Denver Business Journal consulted data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics on jobs within the category "Computer and Mathematical Occupations" to compare salaries between the two metros.
