2 injured in house fire Friday morning

Adams County Fire Rescue said a person was pulled from the home and taken to the hospital, and another person was transported for smoke inhalation.

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — Adams County Fire Rescue said two people were taken to the hospital after a house fire Friday morning.

Crews responded at 7:01 a.m. to the fire in the 8000 block of Faraday Street and saw flames coming from the front of the home when they arrived.

One trapped person was pulled from the home and taken to the hospital. The department did not have an immediate update on their condition.

A second person was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

North Metro Fire, Thornton Fire and the Adams County Sheriff's Office also responded.
