Doug Robinson is in the Colorado governor's race.
A district court said Wednesday that Robinson can be listed on the Republican primary ballot. Just last week, Robinson found out petitions to get on the ballot fell short by 22 signatures in one district.
Candidates for governor need 1,500 signatures from each of Colorado's seven districts to qualify for the ballot.
Judge Ross Buchanon gave Robinson, a businessman and Mitt Romney's nephew, enough credit after reviewing sloppy handwriting and other technical issues with 40 disputed names.
That means your Republican primary for Governor will now include Robinson, Walker Stapleton, Greg Lopez and Victor Mitchell.
Robinson seems pleased.
