DENVER — A luxury penthouse in one of Denver's newest condo buildings hit the market on Friday with an asking price of $5.25 million.
Custom built in 2021, the two-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 1901 Wazee St. features a media room, a 900-bottle wine display and a stunning deck overlooking the Mile High City.
Unit 1401's location atop the newly-built McGregor Square development not only offers life at a "launching point into the city," but also offers an oasis above it, listing broker Stan Kniss of Fantastic Frank Colorado told Denver Business Journal.
McGregor Square Residences — a 13-story, 103-unit condominium building just west of Coors Field — is part of a project with three towers spanning an entire square block. The towers also include the 182-room Rally Hotel, retail and restaurant options and about 210,000 square feet of office space.
The 2,681-square-foot for-sale unit is the larger of two penthouses in the residences. The second is owned by Rockies owner Dick Monfort, who also serves as the chairman and CEO of the McGregor Square development group, Kniss said.
