The victims had injuries that were not life-threatening. Authorities are looking for three suspects in a silver four-door sports car.

WELD COUNTY, Colo. — Five people were shot and injured on Saturday, Feb. 29 at a house just north of Brighton, and authorities are looking for three suspects, according to the Weld County Sheriff's Office (WCSO).

Deputies responded to a report of a shooting about 11:30 p.m. in the area of Weld County Road 2 and Starr Lane, according to a Sheriff's Office press release.

The victims were taken to hospitals with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to the release.

Witnesses told authorities that the suspects were three men, WCSO said.

One of the suspects was identified, and an attempted murder warrant has been obtained for their arrest, but WCSO is not sharing the identity because the suspect is a juvenile.

WCSO said witnesses described the other two suspects as a black man in his early 20s with puffy hair in a bun, wearing a red-hooded sweat shirt and T-shirt, and a black man also in his early 20s with his crimped long hair in a bun.
