A homicide investigation is underway after a man was killed in Denver on Sunday evening.
Officers responded to the 800 block of South Federal Boulevard around 6:30 p.m. for a death investigation.
The agency later tweeted the incident was now being investigated as a homicide that began as a shooting.
At this time, police could not offer a suspect description. The only information released about the victim was that he was an adult male.
