According to a study by Healthiest Employer, LLC, if you work for Boulder County, you are at one of the healthiest workplaces in America.
The county ranks 13th on the list. The healthiest workplace on the list of 100 is Security Service Financial Credit Union, which is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, but has several locations in Colorado.
The study evaluated six key areas related to employee health: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, annual planning, communications and marketing, programming and interventions and reporting and analysis.
Last year, Boulder County received a rank of 43 out of 100. Boulder County says the increase in ranking is a result of commitment and dedication to their employees' well-being.
