55-year-old Robert Beagle was last seen at around 7:30 p.m. in the area of Clarkson St. and E 18th Ave. He's 6'0" tall, 140 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans.
Police say Beagle is unable to effectively communicate or ask for help.
