2 Cups C20 Pure Coconut Water

6 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

Grape Juice

Lemonade

Crushed Pineapple

Fresh or frozen fruit

Directions:

The next day in one cup mixture, add 2/3 cup of grape juice and 1/3 cup of lemonade to mixture. In the other cup of the chia seed mixture, add crushed pineapples. Pour into popsicle molds, add frozen fruit and place in freezer until frozen!
