DENVER - One of the most well-known local food companies is about to get three new names.
Starting Wednesday, Udi's Bakery, Café and Restaurant Group will rebrand itself as the Baron Group, and it will rebrand its three divisions.
Izzio will be the new name for the main bakery that produces breads for grocery stores and restaurants.
Etai's will be the new name of the six cafes and the catering arm of the business.
Silvi's is the new name for the three full-service restaurants it runs.
Udi's had to change its name by July 1 as part of the company's sale of the gluten-free division to Smart Balance in 2012.
