Denver metro's top 10 highest-priced homes that sold in 2023

DENVER — This year — 2023 — may have been slow for residential real estate between inventory and sales trending downward most months. But there were still some remarkable luxury homes that traded hands in the Denver and Boulder metro areas. 

Here are the 10 highest-priced home sales in 2023 in Denver and its surrounding counties, according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (as of Dec. 15):

1. 20 Cherry Hills Drive in Cherry Hills Village

Sold price: $15 million

Details: Located along the Cherry Hills Country Club, the 23,000-square-foot home has eight bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

2. 1334 S. Grapevine Road in Golden

Sold price: $14.705 million

Details: The ranch property includes the main 17,000-square-foot residence, plus other ranch buildings, 163 acres of land and cattle.
