ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — Multiple firearms, ammunition, tools, a gun safe and a truck were stolen Saturday evening in Arapahoe County.

The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) said the items were taken from an out building of a home located in the 21000 block of East Highway 30. That area is just east of Buckley Space Force Base near E-470 and Gun Club Road.

A Dodge truck stolen from the property was used to hook up to the gun safe and pull it from the building, according to the sheriff's office. The white 2016 Ram 5500 was found in Castle Rock on Thursday, the sheriff's office said.
