The Douglas County Regional SWAT Team assisted the Denver Police Department with the arrest of two wanted fugitives in Highlands Ranch Wednesday.
Around 7:30 p.m., investigators went to serve warrants on two people at a home in the 4900 block of Tarcoola Lane.
The two suspects were wanted out of Denver for attempted homicide.
In a news release, the sheriff's office said three people had been taken into custody. The third person arrested was wanted on unrelated warrants.
Names and ages of those arrested have not been released.
A reverse notification was sent to neighbors, telling them to stay away from windows and to not be outside.
