Denver Business Journal — Fort Collins aerospace company Woodward Inc.'s purchase of Rolls-Royce fuel injection systems technology company L'Orange is complete.
When announced in April, the deal was set at $859 million, but in a statement Monday, Rolls-Royce said the closing price had fallen to $788 million, due to "transaction costs and other adjustments."
Fort Collins-based Woodward (Nasdaq: WWD) said L’Orange is one of the world's leading suppliers of fuel injection systems for industrial diesel, heavy fuel oil and dual-fuel engines.
L’Orange will be renamed Woodward L’Orange.
