No one was injured after a plane that was taxiing off the runway at Front Range Airport Thursday morning experienced a landing gear failure, causing its nose to go straight into the ground.

This resulted in a minor fuel leak, but no fire.

Two people were aboard the Piper Malibu at the time.

Authorities didn’t release additional information about the exact nature of the landing gear failure.
