VOTE: Who will win the Colorado high school football state championships?

3 football state champions will be crowned this Satuday.

This weekend, the final three high school football state champions will be crowned in Colorado.

It all starts with a doubleheader in Denver at Mile High Stadium. Class 4A kicks off at 11:00 a.m., with No. 6 Pueblo South taking on No. 1 Pine Creek--winners of three of the last four state titles.

Then, No. 5 Pomona will hope their third straight trip to the state championship game ends with a celebration this time, as the Panthers go up against No. 2 and still undefeated Eaglecrest at 2:30 p.m.

An hour south, the 3A football state title game will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Falcon Stadium at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.

The game features a battle between two of the most talented players in the state, as quarterback Ty Evans and No. 2 Palmer Ridge will look to cap off a perfect season with a win over running back Noah Roper and No. 5 Erie.
