McKayla Maroney might even be impressed with the angry Michael Phelps meme. The internet blew up with pictures of the most decorated Olympian of all time scowling at a swimmer from South Africa ahead of the 200 meter butterfly semifinal on Monday night.
Even Denver Fire is getting in on the fun, tweeting the meme with reminders to yield to emergency vehicles and test your smoke alarms.

You’ll remember, McKayla Maroney’s infamous ‘unimpressed’ look while on the podium at the London Olympics in 2012 after winning the silver medal in the vault. Maroney announced in February her competitive career was over. She tweeted today, expressing her support to the USA Women’s Gymnastics team, after they captured the gold for the second Olympics in a row.
