DENVER — The Denver Police Department (DPD) is hoping someone comes forward with new information related to a 21-year-old man’s unsolved murder in the city 24 years ago.

According to a DPD, Andre Price was shot and killed outside a home in Denver’s Montbello neighborhood on June 27, 1995. Police have never made any arrests in the case, or identified a suspect.

Just after 10 p.m. that night, two men — only described as black — approached a home in the 5500 block of Yuba Way. Police said a brief verbal exchange occurred between the men before shots were fired. Price was shot, taken to the hospital and died a short time later.

Twenty-four years later, police are hoping a witness to the incident will come forward with information leading to an arrest so that Price's family can have justice.

Anyone with information about the suspects or the shooting is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers. You can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.

Below is a video featuring Price’s family pleading for someone to come forward with information in the case.
