On Monday it was announced the Northern Colorado women's basketball team would play Michigan in the NCAA tournament Friday.
Now we know the Northern Colorado men's basketball team will play postseason ball too.
The UNC men's team (22-12) will play Drake (17-16) in the CollegeInsiders.com Postseason Tournament (CIT). The Bears will host the Bulldogs on Sunday, March 18 at 3 p.m. at Bank of Colorado Arena in Greeley.
Drake defeated Abilene Christian in the first round of the CIT on Monday.

The Bears had a self-imposed postseason ban last year. This is Head Coach Jeff Linder's second season at Northern Colorado.
"I'm excited for our team, and in particular our seniors, to have the opportunity to play in the postseason. We had a great season and I know our players welcome the challenge to compete for a postseason tournament championship," said Linder on the UNC Bears' website.
