Here's how much snow fell in Colorado on Christmas Eve

Scattered snow showers developed Saturday, leading to a white Christmas holiday!

DENVER — Colorado saw a quick burst of overnight snow Saturday into Christmas Eve.

Expect snow flurries throughout the day in the Denver metro area with little to no additional accumulation.

So far the highest recorded snow totals in the mountains topped out at 10.5 inches, while some eastern portions have seen up to 8 inches. Lakewood saw the most accumulation in the metro area with 2.5 inches.
