The packages were distributed in stores in the Midwest and western United States. Kellogg officials say no illnesses have been reported but people who have allergies or severe sensitivities to wheat or milk could have life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume the cereal. Kellogg says the problem was uncovered after the company realized another cereal that contains milk and wheat was mistakenly packaged in Corn Flakes boxes.
